AI is the next big thing

You mean those unprofitable companies like google, YouTube or yahoo? There will be AI companies that cater to businesses like SAP or Salesforce that won’t make peoples news feeds but will be major players in the background. It’s already happening.

So I get why you’re hyper focused on ChatGPT, its probably all you get on your feed.

But the key is to sustain the current engagement while monetizing

Given that a strategy hasn’t already taken place, leads me to believe there is hesitation

Not sure I understand your post

Google, YouTube and Yahoo aren’t AI companies.

They incorporate LLMs into their already established services, and even if LLM investments crater, they still have their underlying services as hedge

OpenAI, does not have this

I wouldn’t look at SoftBank as a reliable investment blueprint, but it’s a interesting bet nonetheless

AI shift shapes Cop into a Frog

Again ChatGPT isn’t the only company doing AI. Maybe you need to go outside your newsfeed once in a while.

ChatGPT isn’t a company

At least get your facts straight before asserting where you think I get my news from

Why would I reference ChatGPT? Because you referenced OpenAI. You’ve lost when you have to try and nitpick semantics. So again maybe look beyond your newsfeed about ChatGPT?

What?

X users ask Grok to undress women and it does it, no matter their age.

It seems there is always another controversy for Grok aka “Mecha Hitler”.

AI doesn’t undress people, people undress people.

Undressing people (hopefully attractive) or shapeshifting cops into frogs. Believe all AI, it can’t be wrong, if it’s on the internet.

Monetizing of AI already in progress.

Possible Cost

Apple might not be able to absorb AI costs, and there could be paid options right when the ‌Siri‌ chatbot launches. If that’s the case, pricing will likely be competitive with existing chatbots.

AI companies have decided entry-level plans should cost $20/month, but it’s not clear if that price point is actually sustainable with the growing costs of training new models and supporting more users.

  • ChatGPT Plus - $20/month
  • Copilot Pro - $20/month
  • Gemini Advanced - $19.99/month
  • Claude Pro - $20/month
  • Perplexity Pro - $20/month
