This is what they have in Hunger Games, right?

It was a helicopter or what?

It was a plane that flew out of Ellington to IAH.

Used to be one that flew from IAH to Sugarland. It cost more than a flight to Dallas.

The one in CL was operated by Continental Airlines and was $50 round trip, free if you were “connecting” to another Continental Airlines flight. Free parking and additional airline miles.

Continental Express

So not exactly the same. I think this one is supposed to go to urban locations not just airports but could be wrong.

Taxi I would think they would ould pick you up at your house on the street or driveway just like a taxi

I’m sure there will be some regulatory hurdles to clear.

10 passenger plane. Airport was across from Ellington AFB

One company is looking at using Sugarland airport for it. https://www.chron.com/news/houston-texas/article/houston-air-taxi-launch-18677272.php

Are you freaks gonna ride or die? I’m gonna ride that bad boy even if I have to land in the Fifth Ward. Fun, fun, fun.
