Yep… trying my best to make it…

Good afternoon, all!
We received our block of tickets at the beginning of last week and our Ticket Operations team quickly turned around to create a ticket request for our top-tier Nantz Leadership Society members (product of the small number of tickets).
I believe those folks have a deadline of tomorrow so that we can evaluate remaining numbers (if we have any) and offer those to season ticket holders and Cougar Pride members. I suspect it’ll be a very small number.
Once I hear more on next steps, I’ll circle back to this thread. We’ll sell out our block – just a matter of when.

RE: Cougar Athletic Representatives
Our new Director of Sales, the lead over account executives, just began in her role and we’ve begun to assign Cougar Pride members to the new teammates.
I know it’s taken some time. Looking forward to introducing our newest Coogs to you!

Hey JL - Appreciate the passion behind this reply. As you may have seen in my replies elsewhere, I’m more than happy to connect away from the board. My direct email is jwmason2 at uh.edu or you can call the Cougar Pride office and we can speak on the phone: 713-743-4684
The Cougar Athletic Representative program is a mix of Cougar Pride and Ticketing Office staff. As we’ve recruited new Coogs to the Account Executive roles in the Ticketing Office, we’ve held off on assigning accounts to the new representatives until we were all set. Now that our new Director of Sales (Candice) is in-place, we’ve begun working on these assignments.
It’s taken more time than I would have liked. Trust me on that. But we’re looking forward to introducing these new teammates.
Holler at me if you’d like to discuss any particular details!

So… it’s official… I’ll be buying from a ticket site.
Thanks for the update, though!

Thanks Jeff. There are always growing pains when changes are made to improve service and productivity. I think most on this board realize that UH is making changes to be competitive in a P4 environment. With passion comes impatience, which you see in some in our responses.
Thank you for your messages on this board.

Were there any additional tickets offered?
go on sale tomorrow at Ticketmaster
It’s kind of frustrating how little information has been provided.
I think tomorrow is only the presale for Ticketmaster, with the general sale starting Thursday.

I spoke with the ticket office Monday. We were allotted very few tickets and they were going to be offered the same way they did the football helmets. I’m going to need anywhere from 5 - 7 tickets. I’ll probably have to buy from Ticket Master.

The presale starts later this AM, Wed Oct 7 at 12N (11a CT).
Use code JIMMYV26 for early access to purchase tickets.
Tickets to general public go on sale Thurs Oct 8 at 12N (11a CT).
This should be the link to purchase early access tickets:

We have not been assigned home/away yet which means we do not have section information, either. The block we have from MSG were split into two groups with one essentially being “100 level.”
For these neutral sites events, we’re at the mercy of the host and venue.
I wish we had more information for you all ahead of presale, but I’m afraid that’s simply not the case.

Yeah, I thought the prices were pretty reasonable, and there were a lot available yesterday.
