I like how people are taking what Aresco is saying at face value as 100 precent factual and assuming the earlier reports are therefore 100% wrong. It’s like they are incapable of believing that Aresco would deny something for legal reasons. Like I don’t know, needing to be finalized by lawyers.

Definitely should since I believe the payout for each run is over several years, we’d be gone for most of it.

The six schools joining the AAC need to provide notice by May 1st to CUSA. Aresco will not admit to a deal with departing schools before that date. Lawyerly stuff.

You don’t, but there’s a recurring theme on this and TOS that Tillman is to be counted on to foot the bills for so many things. The guy has been very generous to UH, but there is a limit to even his generosity.
