Anyone get their Tickets?

Not printed yet here either.

Decided to call the ticket office as I have someone that I am transferring some of my tickets to and they expected I would transfer them on Friday…been on hold 15:34 so far…

edit: and now they hung up on me after I was on hold for like 21 minutes

I was afraid of that. No tickets yet for football or volleyball. First VB game is Saturday vs Rice. A exhibition, but sure would like to be there.

Update, on a new call for 18:00 minutes…they said I owe a balance of $68 and that is why they didn’t send them…trying to pay by phone…

update: they are still trying to figure out how I can pay by phone, my account doesn’t show anything due and no way to pay online…

Man…… :rage:

and they just hung up on me again…

edit: ok got it straightened out (I think). there shouldn’t have been a balance due on it, so I should be receiving the tickets today…

Really happy it was straightened out. It had to be so frustrating after waiting all these months. I just pray others still waiting have tickets in hand(err via cell phone) today.

I get it that there has been significant turnover in our ticket office. I just hope our new Ticket Manager Department Head can quickly provide some form of leadership. Desperately needed!

What I did wrong was I kept calling the ticket office instead of cougar pride, call cougar pride first and they will take care of you!

I called CP and they said the same thing, that I owed another $50. Which is wrong. Rather than argue at this point, I just point another 50 and will take care of it when they aren’t so busy

Since I had them on the phone, I had them check basketball. Ticket office said I owed another 700, CP said I was square. She took care of that for me on the phone, I hope.

Don’t take anything for granted with our ticket office at this point. :slightly_frowning_face:

what a clusterf#&!

Just got this. I don’t owe any money that I know …

Good morning and thank you for your continued support of Houston Athletics!

With the 2024 Houston Football Season set to begin in less than two (2) weeks (August 31st), Cougar Pride is touching base regarding your 2024 Houston Football Season Tickets.

Your 2024 Houston Football Season Tickets have been held due to a balance remaining on either your Season Ticket costs and/or Cougar Pride Contribution.

To receive your tickets, please contact Cougar Pride at 713-743-GoUH (4684). Upon rectifying your balance, your Season Ticket(s) and Parking Pass(es) will be sent to you via email.

Thank you again for your support of Houston Athletics, we appreciate you!

At least you received an email. :sunglasses:

i’ve been checking, still don’t see how I owed them another $50. My own fault for ordering two extra tickets this year!

Paid it anyway, lets see when I get my tckets.

And they have no idea about my volleyball tickets even after talking with them.

got that as well. My order history doesn’t show a balance but my donation history does. Don’t really understand it.

Just checked my email and saw them. Loaded up on the phone wallet and ready.

I got the same email. I called CP and had to leave a message.

I received my tickets last week but…I kept checking my email on my iPhone and no tickets. When I checked my laptop, I had the tickets. I went back to my iPhone, still no tickets in my email or spam folders. I forwarded the UH emails to myself and they appeared in the email app on my phone. I then downloaded them to my Apple Wallet.

Lots of annoying steps, but at least I received my tickets.

I had the same experience as others, in that I looked on my account and it said my tickets were being held. I called the ticket office and they told me I had a balance of $25. One of my seats is now $25 more than the others around it… I dunno :man_shrugging:t2: .

I also just had them charge my card rather than fight a college student about it. The things I do for this university :joy::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I got an email sent to my junk saying my tickets were on hold. I have five seats in section 236 and I think I owe like 75 or 85 to them…

I think they ended up hiking up the prices secretly, or just not charging our cards over the summer like they normally do. I saw my price actually go DOWN for the seats (it’s normally 100+25, this was 79+37.50).

I’ll have to call them soon

Isn’t it great that since we have gotten through our first year in a big boy conference and learned every lesson there is to know about ticket sales and distribution, we revert to operating like a lower G5 school. All this talk of “acting like a P4” is overrated.

I got the same email. Looking at the balances in my Giving page, I’m pretty sure it’s because my ticket price went down and I chose not to make up the difference with a CP donation.
