Anyone get their Tickets?

I ended up owing $100. No explanation.

I just basically asserted that I don’t owe them anything. If they try to charge me more, I’m more than happy to take my money and go buy the same or better seats on StubHub, since I never seem to have these issues there.

I considered doing the same, but had already committed to my son and friends. But you can bet I am going to research this and get my 50 back when things calm down at the ticket office.

Nothing like be held ticket hostage after having season tickets in at least one sport for over 50 years. Really left a sour taste in my mouth.

I understand ticket office turnover, but this should have been addressed earlier this summer in an email. Hate to use the cliche, “it ain’t about the money”, but this time it really isn’t.

Allegedly, I was missing $68 of my total $2980 cougar pride donation…seemed very strange but they concluded I didn’t owe it.

I think there’s a $30 processing charge or some nonsense like that. My tickets should have been a total of $600 including the per-seat donation, but I wound up paying $630. Still got the email about something being wrong, though.

Is anyone going to the game in Norman? What sections is everyone sitting in? Looking to buy a couple of tickets

Okay, this MIGHT be the case.

But looking at my previous years paying, this means they doubled the processing fee? I’ve been seeing some extra $15 here and there (2023 and 2022), but I guess it’s $30 now.

Got mine today.

When I log into the app, it looks like I have my tickets, but then I get this message.

Yes…$30 for the hyper difficult job of collecting money and touching a computer keyboard. Seriously???

Call ticket office and Cougar Pride if ticket office doesn’t clear it up for you.

I got home tonight and checked my credit card statments. Turns out I have paid the full price as listed for my tickets plus the $30 fee, and they are still on hold. I will call tomorrow for an explanation.

Here is the link to the 2024 seating map. I took a screen shot too in case this disappears.

A follow up:

I called Cougar Pride this morning. They were very polite and helpful in explaining the situation.

In my case, the account still had registered the same parking pass level as last year, but since my donations were lower this year, it affected parking pass locations. They did not want me to be caught off-guard with expectations. It was a chance to up donation to maintain same parking. I declined, and they were good with it so I did not pay any additional funds.

Very easy call.

Hope this helps others here that have similar issues with holds to know what to ask about and see if it is the same.

If anyone is getting an email saying there’s a balance due, there may be an error on their end. My friends and I have been calling in and the issue got resolved quickly.

I requested paper tics and Tom over there gave me the tracking number for ups 2 day.

Tom is there today and was great. They had a girl that answered yesterday for a question and she was great. So it depends on who answers as to service. Lol

I know mine weren’t sent as I had a “balance” with CP. I called and they sent them out that same day.

So if you still haven’t received yours, call and see exactly why.

Agreed. Calling is the best solution.

My online account said “issue with tickets.”

I called and they confirmed there were no issues.

They didn’t know why it happened, but they said they’d fix it, which they did in about 30 seconds, and I received my tickets by email with a minute or so later.

Check online if you haven’t received tickets yet, and call to get it resolved.

Something similar also happened to me. I got an email saying there was an outstanding balance on my account and I needed to call. Turns out that because I lowered my season Tix this year, my giving level is less than last year and they wanted to chat about it. Kinda underhanded way of doing things, but I don’t mind it too much. Our coogs have bills to pay :money_mouth_face:

Apparently I owed like 120 dollars and then they released my tickets. UH ticket office doing its thing.

Luckily my wait time was minimal and the guy that helped me was very nice.

I’ve left 3 messages now and still no call back. Do they not understand that I can watch all of the games in the air conditioned comfort of my couch? Attending games in person is a choice. I don’t have to give them as much money as I do to sweat, sit in the rain, overpay for food and drinks, etc.

This is really irritating.
