Anyone get their Tickets?

CP isn’t calling you back?

Don’t waste your time on the ticket office, imo.

I can remember tearing them apart and marking the dates on the calendar, in pen!

What are their hours?

Similar thing happened to me as well. I called and talked to someone who supposedly fixed it yesterday…but there are still no tickets in my account as of today.

I actually got a very fast response by email. Mailed the ticket office Monday night and received a response around 9:30 Tuesday morning. Took a couple of back and forth emails to get the tickets issued and the correct parking assignment, but relatively painless.
I’ll work on getting my $50 back when things slow down.

You can still get paper tickets by mail but it costs $25 or so bc it’s 2 day shipping. I did that.

Got mine today in the mail/paper tickets

So I wonder what percentage of season ticket holders were told that they owed a balance when they really didn’t…or alternatively if you believe the ticket office was correct with the missing balances, what percentage of season ticket holders did the ticket office mess up the payments for? 50%? 75%?

Never got mine, had to call the ticket office expecting a random balance. Nope, just some mistake on their end. Had them in my email 15 minutes later.

I wonder how many man-hours have been wasted in dealing with this issue.

If the associate AD was supposed to cover ticketing after Pez was moved out, he definitely didn’t pass that audition.

I didn’t have any issues with mine, but it seems like there were significantly more issues this year than last year.

I finally got mine settled. It was a mistake and I didn’t owe any money.

The CP rep I spoke with did throw the ticketing department under the bus and blamed the turnover for the cluster f….

Fingers crossed that Nunez fixes all of this. I was getting so angry I was going to threaten to ask for all of my money back. A threat I’m not sure I would actually follow through on. I like to bluff.

Curious question:
Did anyone who had their tickets on hold increase their CP donations this year over last based on seat donation and any other athletic donation?

Yes, I increased the number of seats I had and so my CP donation was larger this year than last year. My tickets were on hold because they said i owed $68 dollars, but then they said that was an error.

Last year for football my donation was $2800, this year for football it was $2980…not sure how much my basketball donation changed though…i kept the same seats there

In my case, the hold was placed on my tickets because (I was told that) I needed to increase my Cougar Pride donation from $1,000 to $1,250 in order to park in the garage…which I agreed to do. No big deal, but I still haven’t gotten an e-mail with the tickets and parking passes attached.

I paid 125 bucks that I supposedly owed. My 7 tickets were like 3k or something so what’s another 125?
