ANYONE REMEMBER?

I was watching some March Madness games when one of the players’ name triggered an old name of a running back from Ohio that played for us in the 1960’s. Joe Lopasky was a stocky running back, not that fast but hard to bring down. His athletic career was highlighted with scoring three touchdowns during the first game of his sophomore year against Baylor, as well as scoring four touchdowns in the Tangerine Bowl against Miami of Ohio and was voted MVP of the game.
One of the advantages of being an old Cougar is the storehouse of great memories we will carry with us until we are called to move on.
