Based on what I saw yesterday against Navy and what the rest of the conf is doing … we will win six maybe seven games at best IF the wind is to our backs and the creek doesn’t rise … whether that is good enough for Holgi and his assistants to stay for another year and the future with the Big12 … only time will tell

Unfortunately, Witherspoon is hit or miss and Ramsey while a rocket for a leg has been erratic.

Were people making personal attacks or just being critical of his work?
If people can’t control themselves, there needs to be better staffing. Last year, in the peak of covid, I was appalled at the lack of ushers and security. There were well-planned and fan-friendly policies but no enforcement whatsoever. Honor system doesn’t work.
I’m also tired of asking people to get their bum asses out of my seats. And no, I’m not going to sit somewhere else. I pay a premium for my seats, so I can be where I want to be.

We are in the FAMILY section and had a player PARENT turn around to us and wanted a high five when she thought Clayton got hurt. She said “good, he’s hurt, he needs to go” really? A player parent…not cool

He is acting like a coach that is in his first HC job, at any level. He looks like a fish out of water and definitely not like a coach that has worked his way up the ranks and has been a HC in the Big East and Big 12.

Well that tells me two revelations …
I am not a fan of Tune … no secret or rocket science … but he needs to be benched for his mediocre play … fortunately against the worse defense in the conf he miraculously did not throw an INT but that was understandable since Navy’s defense sux BIG TIME especially their secondary. Tune threw into heavy coverage several times but Navy’s secondary was too inept to catch the pass … Waltrip HS could have thrown passes against them without any INTs.
Secondly … if this was the players parent section … THEN some player (or more) doesn’t like Tune as QB and is passing it on to his parent in the stands … NOT a good sign …
That is sad. IMO that can affect on field performance.
Do we even know that’s the case? No, we don’t. That’s an assumption.

I’ve been critical of Tune this season, but, at least on paper, he had a good game on Saturday.
22 of 31 for 257 yards with a TD and no INTs in a winning effort.
If there’s a reason to complain this week, Tune isn’t it.

This is why I didn’t want him as coach. His antics against Air Force at SMU after the hurricane was just like his tantrum yesterday. He’s a mess.

It’s not a can of worms. Just an observation, I thought was pretty pathetic. Assume whatever you like, but you know what they say about assuming anything. I don’t base anything on assumptions, but if that’s you, then cool.
