OU is going to be considerably better than last year. They will be super sky high to avenge last year’s butt kicking. The game became an afterthought because of all the ridiculous hype for the whorn-Ohio St. game. I bet OU doesnt see it that way. This could be another upset of Texas.
Yeah its wild in SEC country. I personally get a kick out of lunch and dinner arguments between lawyers over college football.

I saw somewhere yesterday the updated 1-136 rankings, and we were at #54. Hopefully we beat down a D1 Rice and move up a few more notches.
Man sounds like you really hate Dabo. Guys a legend and one of the best coaches in the history of the sport. The run he was on last decade is was insane and probably under appreciated tbh. He also spared us from a Bama 4x peat so I’ll always love the dude for that. Lol
People wrote them off last year after week 1 as well but they still won their league. They just need to recoup with some easy wins against programs like Troy and GT to build up their confidence and they’ll be on their way.

Clemson was slow to embrace NIL, which probably means they were still paying players under the table, but has adjusted with the times and ramped up their NIL efforts. They have solid donation support, as evidence by their state-of-the-art football facility and fan attendance at games, and I expect to see them in the CFP routinely.
I don’t hate Dabo, I am just repeating what I hear from Clemson alum all the time. I work with a bunch.
I am not a fan of his type, but he did win back in the day. But Clemson hasn’t really done anything in 7 years. That is just a fact. Now, would I be happy if UH had two titles from 7 years ago? Absolutely. But Clemson fans (like most Southern College Football fans) are somewhat delusional.
Nothing? They have a national title, a runner up, another top 5 finish, and 7 top 20 finishes in the last 7 years. They’ve won 10 games 6 times and the ACC 5 times in that span. The only programs with more wins since 2018 are Ohio State, Georgia, and Alabama. If that’s nothing then sign me up.
