In all honesty Arizona lost on a horrible call by the officials with 3.2 seconds left on the clock. Neither team played any defense.

I didn’t see any of the game.
After I saw the way Arizona got robbed, I don’t think we can say anything about the refs we’re had. Arizona didn’t kissed but they sure got scr**ed.

Arizona got a lot of calls all game long. They totally got screwed at the end but without the FTs BYU won 86-74.

Im a fan of letting guys play in the final seconds and the refs holding their whistle unless it’s something blatant.

It seems like every drive into the paint under a minute gets a call. Automatic whistle ala Naked Gun style….

I was referring to them losing again. Just a week ago they were on the cusp of winning the conference. They didn’t look great against Baylor and Baylor was missing their big guy. Had they beaten us I think they would have thrashed the rest of their schedule.
Only reason Arizona was within striking distance is that they benefitted from several phantom calls on BYU in the last couple minutes. Arizona was getting a friendly whistle on every offensive possession for a stretch.

Amazing that UH went on the road to two perennial NCAA Tournament Teams, state flagships no less, and cut the heart out of their carcass. I think this UH team may go places this year.
