Was at Camden Yards tonight for the Astros vs Orioles. Went w/ a brother and 2 friends. Had seats a bit past the 3rd baseline, 13th row, for $20 each. There were a bunch of kids behind us talking crap whenever Jose Altuve was up at bat. When the Orioles tied the game @ 3, those kids went nuts. When Bregman and Diaz hit back to back jacks, I went nuts. Things got pretty quiet after those 2 homers. There were a decent amount of Astros fans at the game. DC Astros fan here,

That is one of the great ballparks in America… went there many times when Cal Ripken Jr. was playing there…

It looked like a ground rule double all the way, it was an incredible effort and great play.
I thought he busted his shoulder but maybe just knocked the wind out of himself.

Camden Yards single handily is responsible for the downtown revivals in many US cities, including Houston.
There were serious talks at building MMP next to the Astrodome but the downtown revivalists won out, thanks to that Baltimore example.
Now, we will start hearing rumblings within the next 5 years that the Texans need to start thinking about a new stadium.
NRG will be approaching 30 years old and oudated for securing future Super Bowls

I’ve seen that guy jog to first twice in the last week on plays that could have been close. I’m not looking for things to complain about. I don’t like to see guys jogging anywhere on a live ball.
