Remember those “we push, you win” billboards?
Yea, I read that article earlier. What do you think the odds are he’ll have some sort of criminal case and/or disbarment?
In general, it’s tough to get disbarred, but it happened to a classmate of mine who bungled some cases, so it isn’t impossible.
Avvocato is Italian for lawyer. Looks like a simple play on words to me.
Uh yes.
Attorney in Spanish is “Abogado.”
Sounds like “Avocado”
Just like Pusch is like Push and Nguyen is like Win.
That’s not why they are being disciplined…
When did attorneys start using “candor?”
Imagine hiring a guy named Wynne just so you can keep using your catchy slogan, then being smacked down because you’re not supposed to be using that slogan.
Remember them? I count no fewer than ten on my way from my home near “Suicide Circle” to downtown.
In case you’re interested, the fancy name refers to the confluence of the 45 feeder, Broadway, and Park Place. Adding the traffic lights fifty years ago made it less suicidal, but still challenging.
Interesting!
To add to that, those guys used to have a billboard in Sealy, TX like the one in the photo above. I used to pass by it on the way to my work in Brenham. Since their differences became public, that billboard has been taken down, and some other personal injury lawyer is now advertising on it.
Not sure if I’ve ever heard that name for that area before.
As a rule, I don’t wish for anyone’s failure in a legitimate endeavor, but for this guy I make an exception.
