Even with the overall numbers he was very up and down. Certainly capable any game for a breakout performance.
He typically still had enough touches and opportunities on those teams to put up some stats by the end of games.

Too bad Adrian Taylor could not transfer that talent from high school to UH. He did not last long at UH. Not sure where he ended up. A legit 6-10.
Taylor was 7â2 and had health problems. He did play a role helping us defeat top 5 Memphis. The game Tim Moore rejected Lorenzen Wright at the rim to secure the win late

I think Taylor was a non qualifier out of high school and he had some problems with blood clots and he put on 100lbs before he got to UH and basically didnât make it through one year at UH because of academics.

Yes, he had blood clot issues. The season he was here, when we beat Memphis, he ended up dislocating his shoulder the week before that game. They let him play the game since Memphis was number 1, but (not exactly sure when) he popped the shoulder out again once or twice and they shut him down for the season. I remember being told it dislocated a second/third time when he went to throw out a garbage bag.
He also had bad feet from having to wear sneakers that were too small all of his life. His toes were curled up and he wore a size 10 1/2 sneaker.

UHâs Ricky Winslow got drafted in the early second round at 28th overall but his son, Justice Winslow was drafted 10th overall.
(Justice went to Duke).
