Belichick is too old to learn how to recruit and all of the annoying BS that goes along with it and probably wouldn’t be able to relate to kids like he can to men.
Thing is, they’re very good friends. There’s a documentary about it. Maybe they’re going to buy houses next to each other and talk football every day.

It is stupid to write that Belichick won these Super Bowls just because of Tom Brady.
Football is a team sport. The squads won these Super Bowls not just one player. The Patriots always dominated up front and to me these was not the case the last few years.

I started watching the Patriots in 1997 when Pete was the HC. It’s silly I know, but no matter what was going on, it was a constant to know that BB would be on the sidelines on Sundays. Guess I’m a bit Sheldon Cooper when it comes to change with some things.
And so quick to forget that the first 3 were really won on the backs of superior defenses.

From top to bottom with an exceptional coaching staff the Patriots accomplished what they did.
As a season ticket holders of the defunct San Diego Chargers I can tell you that luck was not on our side especially when LT and Phillip Rivers got injured in the playoffs. This was our year but the football goods did not agree.

He still managed to win 44% of his games as a HC without Brady on his team and even was able to make it to a divisional playoff game twice (although he never was able to win his division in the regular seasons) in 9 seasons.
Without Belichick, Brady was only able to win just one superbowl (although he won his division every year he didn’t win a superbowl) in 3 seasons.

Please, their blocking was world class. I remember Tom Brady having enough time to sip tea in the backfield. It was a total team effort.

I feel like you should be able to look that up on your own.
And no, that doesn’t prove that Belichek rode Brady’s coattails.
I wonder if Belichek will end up with the Cowboys.
