Big 10 love

3 champions in the last 40 years. No championship since 2000.

I really don’t understand it.

Big 10 is legit. Michigan, Michigan State and Illinois!

This Nebraska game is insane. Their fanbase is so passionate. I am impressed with the b10.

One of the most fun games I have ever attended! They are all just so happy to be here.

Katie, you mentioned that your husband is an Aggie. Would you care sharing some jokes after today’s game?
I am sure a simple “good game to him” would suffice.

Splitting hairs here. NU is a big ten now but their fan base has always been this way since their big 8 days.

Passionate fan bases (that travel well, too), and great schools.

Not surprising at all.

There is no other sports in Nebraska to cheer for and nothing else to do

Oops :speak_no_evil: Add Nebraska to the mix!

Will Iowa dethrone Florida?

We had club level seats, he retired to the club in the second half. He came back out for the Nebraska game and the excitement from everyone around us boosted his spirits. He will be with me on Thursday, cheering for the Coogs.

Other than your husband, was there a sizable Aggie contingent at the game yesterday?

Crowd was 13,000 Huskers fans with thousands more watching in Bricktown bars. The other 3 schools combined for the other 1,000.

HWS has the count exactly right from what I saw.

If Iowa upsets Florida today…….3 big10 teams and us left in the south :eyes:

Nebraska was 90% of the crowd, then it was
2. Coogs
3. Aggies
4. Vandy waaay in last

My wife and I were in Nebraska last summer. Lincoln and Omaha were great small cities, after that it was 10 million acres of corn fields. We drove the Oregon Trail from West to East. Nice place to visit. I expect the Nebraska fans to be filling up the planes for their game here. Thanks for supporting the local economy.

Idaho had a respectable crowd the first game. And of course the entire crowd that was not rooting for #2 seed Coogs was cheering big at that 25-24 mark in the first half.

I was part of those 13,000! And I was also part of the UH group for their games. I changed hats on Thursday. I don’t know if a Nebraska/UH Elite game would be my biggest basketball dream or nightmare. Whatever it may be, I hope it happens.

It would not surprise me if it’s 50% Huskers at Toyota Center on Thursday. GBR! Go Coogs!

when big blue and sparty are top seeds, it gets a lot of roll ; it’s just the way it is. you include purdue and Illinois and its a heavy weight. truth in the tale is maryland, a regular top acc team; can’t do more than tread water in the big10.
