Not sure how McGinnis just took the 84mph pitch right down the pipe on 2-1 down 7-0. That ball should be halfway to Flower Mound by now.

What’s disappointing is the errors early in the game. Easy throws that could have been caught that could have made this a better contested game early on.
This is the 2nd longest streak in school history we haven’t made a Regional.

Another disappointing season for UH baseball. On a side note, what non-conference series/ midweek game would you guys like to see scheduled in the future? My top 5 ( in no particular order) are
- LSU
- Southern Miss
- Arkansas
- Dallas Baptist
- Oregon State
I doubt any of those schools would schedule us because of the RPI hit they would get.

Any of those would work as long as we don’t still suck. A Clemson or South Carolina series would be fun. I could bring my golf clubs.

Boy did our starters really suck. Just going off memory but I think these numbers are correct.
IP - 2
TP - 73
Runs - 5
Hits - 5
Walks - 5
HBP - 2
On the flip side our BP was really good over the two games. Some would say needing a total of 15 innings out of your BP over two days could make things tough.
I don’t think he quits he will make them fire him to collect the buyout.
