For all the people asking for 5 in 5 I hope they get it. It’s the policy going forward anyway.

And BYU needs a center lol.

tomorrow, not today… and the just the arguments begins tomorrow …no guarantee a decision comes tomorrow

also not the final decison… but to restore the temporary restraining order…(play while it goes through the court process)

tro was granted… ncaa appealed the TRO, it was over turned… athletes appealing the appeal

none of what we are seeing affects the underlying case…

This is important as the players can jump to another case in a different state to get a new tro…

to note, the season will be over by the time a final decison will be made…so these tro probably will be the final decision…

the case wont be over till one of the cases reaches the supreme court…that will not be for a while

No. All insiders say it’s any minute now. Being ruled on by the Ohio Supreme Court not the appellate appeals court.

This is coming from Insider Xavier and UC sources.

Xavier player is the main player in this case.

Brutal. This probably isn’t good news for BYU either even though it’s a different lawsuit for Kohler.

ps the supreme court is just looking at the appeals too…

your beat writer just released audio from the case… the NCAA’s case is that they are trying to push the case forward as fast a possible…and the TRO has no structure or point of overseeing …

their argument is that instead of adding unruled choas into the sports, they should have have no chaos, go through the actual case and if it rules in their favor the ncaa will add structure to it when it happens

but the hearing isnt about the final decision

But but but… how will Recc play center on defense?

Pesik said there’s no way he can!!!

Do we really want him as the center though?

CKS does… in his own words “Recc’s natural ability to play CENTER let’s us put Tugler back at F”…
