It would be AWESOME to have him playing 30 minutes a game because he’s so good… but more than likely Recc gets 25 minutes and he gets 15-20…

If these defensive player rankings are anywhere close, then we will be a lot better than last season.
You add Chase who i consider a slight upgrade to Sharp defensively and you add Weaver, our defense is going to smother teams.
Im wondering what Recco at 13 is based on?

You do realize $harp was considered the best perimeter defender for the last 2 seasons with Cha$e on the team… right?
And $harp’s defense was a major contributor to why he was drafted…

A player that has already played for Sampson as a freshman and was getting 20 minutes per game towards the end. Who is taller, much longer reach, and a much better jumper, wouldnt be a better defender? A person who can guard much taller players, maybe even switch on some 4s at times and who is a far better rebounder wont be an upgrade defensively?

Come one man. Chase has done absolutely nothing to suggest he will be an upgrade from an NBA player (and arguably one of our top defenders over the past two seasons). I’m sorry. That’s just the truth.

How they will used on offense will be different than defense. I will bet JoJo will guard a center more than Rec.

Eman was not a great rebounder. Chase might be the best rebounder on the team for his size. I hear he is a beast on the cone drill. I predict Chase takes a major step forward this year.
