Coach Sanders is bringing 2 QBs. Best showman in the B12 and it’s not even close. But ho hum golly gee lets just get through this season, start basketball, and get the 5 star and his recruits in 2026. They’re our biggest hope right now.

Remember friends, the p2’s in charge of the cfp can not, I repeat can not impose their will on who will be invited to the cfp. This is crucial. If the p2’s want to impose who is invited into the cfp they will be in breach of their agreement with the rest of DIV I conferences.

I mean, a lotta posters on here have said something along the lines of “don’t sleep on Austin Carlisle”…so if Weigman doesn’t live up to the alleged ~$1M, then CWF better give Carlisle a chance.
If that scenario plays out, i hope CWF doesn’t wait to make a change as long as he did with Donavan Smith for Chriss

We arent “getting through anything” with FB. We are going to win 7 or 8 games and go to a bowl and start turning things around with CWF.

I wonder if not bringing Weigman has more to do with keeping him out of the media spotlight for now.
He just came out of a media pressure cooker at A&M
I personally think Weigman will have an outstanding year.
Having multiple football playing alma maters, I’ve seen a bunch of different media days.
The QB is NOT always one of the reps.

I can’t believe people are making this into a topic. I believe it’s a chance to get Mekhi Mews, Stephon Johnson, Carlos Allen, and Latrell McCutchen some time in the spotlight - each a potential all-conference guy.

Man, I hope you’re right.
I caught the end of the broadcast, and there was a couple mentions of Houston and Weigman, but it was pretty much a Colorado gangbang. Deion was in for quite a bit and even interrupted his QB interview.
All the UH segments are chopped up and posted on the big12 YouTube channel. So far a joint player interview, fritz interview, coaches roundtable and fritz press conference are all posted.

Best motivator and already my favorite football HC since Yeoman, in my humble estimation. Although I still hold Coach Levine In very high esteem. Off the field issues CTL had no total control over were what did him in in my opinion but losing to Tulane hurt him a lot. Catch me at a tailgate and I’ll give you my take but I ain’t saying anything in more detail about it on a public EBB and I digress.
CWF can critique without being demeaning with very high standards. Freshly honest without a whole lot of coach speak.
