tech was up 25 on colorado the other day and yet was on defense at the end of the game with a chance to lose in regulation so i think theyāre just sniffing glue until they play us again like usual

Actually quite the compliment to have ISU over jobs like Baylor, Cincinnati and K State.
Itās probably more equal to a West Virginia, if Iām being honest. Oklahoma State too, except we have a much better basketball fan base.
I was surprised that Baylor was so low.

Weāve really seen ISU have to get creative and go international. We have 4 foreigners slated to be major contributors next year.
Thatās not easy, as Des Moines Intāl Airport doesnāt have routes overseas. Itās only technically and barely international.
And as Iāve stated before, the drive from Des Moines is no cakewalk, either. Iād imagine the simpler thing is to fly them into Minneapolis and drive them 3 hrs down south or private fly them in from there, in terms of lightening the actual flight load on prospects, if they even visit at all.
Pleta committed over zoom, for example lol. Big kudos to the Big Schnitzel for that! And his arrival to join the team was actually delayed a few weeks because of VISA issues. What a headache.
