I have seen Kyle Allen identified as UH on NFL broadcasts. Nice pub for the school. I remember Charles Sims identified as West Virginia and it was kind of odd.

While I attended A&M, UH with Bill Yeoman was outperforming A&M. I go into my economics class and the professor is wearing a UH hat. The aggies started razing for it and I barked back that UH was a better football team than A&M and the teacher just smiled and started summing up why UH was so great. Loved that class and the professor.

Weigman is guaranteed the spot if he follows his coaches orders. It’s a simple as that. Weigman would never come to UH knowing there’s a chance he doesn’t start on day 1. Weigman will start game 1.

We all know he is the probable starter day one. But he lost his job at Agy for a reason so it’s very important our young quarterbacks get plenty of snaps this spring.
Hoping our Agy transfer turns it around and has a great year.

Ijs, we paid Donovan Smith much less than Weigman, yet 2 coaching staffs couldn’t bench him when it was evident that he wasn’t very good. Im sure it wasn’t cheap to convince Weigman to sign; combine that with an entire starting offensive line & 2 starting WRs. There’s A LOT of money being invested in this class, which us uncharacteristic of us. So I’m sure CWF doesn’t wanna start pissing off donors by starting anyone NOT name Conner Weigman.
Besides, he’s CLEARLY the best QB on our roster & his tape proves that plus, he’s the perfect fit for Nagle’s offense. You hand him the reigns NOW, no questions asked. That way, the team starts building chemistry immediately & we don’t walk into the SFA game w/ questions at the most important position on the field.
He is being handed the reigns and it will be his job to lose. However the boosters aren’t calling the shots
