Don Fertitta only saw the perspective from his ego.
G5 school “steals” coach from P5 program.
He had blinders when it came to the reality.
- Targeted coach was about to be fired so he did him a favor
- Coach was a n incredibly mediocre coach
- Was a coach at West Virginia…not a blue blood program
- Found a sucker that was willing to pay him millions and EXTEND him
- CDH thought the Houston job would be less work, less stress, more partying

The warning signs were there. There were numerous alcohol related incidents in West Virginia.
The dude has issues. Hope he gets help. I think he is a talented OC but he should never be the leader of a program.
I mean ask yourself, would you want your kid to play for Dana?
I would have no hesitation having a kid play for Willie.

We are pretty stacked at RB now sophomore Jenkins , redshirt freshmen Sanford , juniors Sneed and Campbell and Mathis as a senior and Butler coming in .

Maybe Dana didn’t elaborate and say he’d portal the rest. No way we could possibly just have 8 and be totally done. Guessing

Campbell left the team before the Baylor game. No reason was given as to why.
Hope he comes back with Dana gone, but idk if he will.
I’ve seen no reports updating his status to back with team.
I’ve seen reports he was back on the roster a couple of weeks later . I’ll look into it
Not sure he will see the field if here.

Damn, I hope youre right.
I liked his style of running, but noticed Dana began using him less & less after he fumbled the ball one time against Navy.
Tbf - he was also constantly hurt.

Our Coach said Sanford had impressed the most in the group before his injury.
