no, he was injured and didnt play in the summer 
 he actually lost ratings because he was injured, was top 7 before that

context on the stats is that its on the elite HS circuit

Being “the highest ranked recruit” is concur into which recruiting service you justified. I think Jarace Walker finished 10th overall on ESPN. People will argue against Harwell detractors that if he wasn’t injured he could of easily been inside the top 10. Either way i’m glad both have chosen UH to play basketball. Why ? It does great for current & future recruiting for the school.

I am excited to see what the coaching staff and Alan Bishop can do with Mr. Harwell. Don’t forget the high level competition in the B12 will improve Mr. Harwell’s game as well. If things fall into place he could be a one and done. Staying 2 years would help his game immensely but if the NBA money is there after the first year, he has to go. Another great thing about Coach Sampson is he will be honest with Harwell whether to stay or go.

Hes very smooth. Has great height on his jump shot

I think his game translates to the NBA better than Jarace
