BOOM! Jacob McFarland Commits!

Ive listened to alot of those, where he talks about recruits.

The 2018 incoming class: Nate Hinton, Jarreau, Brison Gresham" thats when things changed.

Particularly with Nate, where they beat other P5 schools for him

“We measured him at 6-11”
Finally Sampson gets his 6-11 or bust guy

But dang Due, did McFarland have his shoes on?

We’ll have to wait and judge from pictures with other players. That’s always the best way to determine true height

Coach just got me pumped for this kid.

I got my reservations on McFarland & Jefferson being in the rotation as true freshman. But their potential is high and playing time is going to depend how much work they put in the lab. I think JoJo may be further along the learning curve.

Jwan, Ja’vier, Tugler, McFarland. The only forward i know whos ready for that Big 12 style is Jwan Roberts

Nate was perhaps a bigger indicator that recruiting was changing since Jarreau & Gresham were transfers from UMass, iirc.

Then I remember Caleb Mills’ commitment making quite the buzz around social media
then it was Tramon Mark, etc.

I would love to have Arceneaux for one more year and be one of the leaders helping us compete at a high level in the Bib12 next year.

Link doesn’t work for me. What’s it all about?

Arceneaux is a freshman shooting 40% from the field, only 28% from the trey, and only 50% from the charity stripe. Why in the world do you expect him to go to the draft?

That prediction was back in November to be honest.

There were some Mock Drafts back then that had Arceneaux being drafted early 2nd round.

Fair enough, I didn’t notice the date on the post.

The only in question if UH wins the chip is Mark! Even though one more year at UH would do wonders to his game. His skill level ain’t there, yet.

Most likely he would return because of the NIL.

If we win the chip, the whole team can enter the draft. They’ll have done their part.
