5’ 10" 179 lbs., CB from Syracuse.

Welcome aboard.

Quality Depth pickup most likely. According to PFF he had a 70 grade overall in 8 games & allowed 20 passes on 32 targets for 210 yards as a Rs Freshman .

My bad, looks like he is just a RS sophomore

Only gave up 10 yards a catch so couldn’t have been many long balls….thats good.

5 PDs in just 9 games. Had a pick 6 too. Found this from SI when WVU offered. Looks like Tulane offered too

“Wilson started the season as the #2 cornerback,…On October 30, Babers said that Wilson had switched positions from corner to safety;”

Bunch of quick hitters on J Wilson from various SU FB threads.
They liked him big time early in season.

Cuse fan here. Most Cuse fans really liked his play. He did get burned a few times but with experience with Houston defense he should certainly be a candidate to start in the Fall. Cuse was a 3-3-5 defense, aren’t you guys converting to it?

He is a very good portal pickup.

The search result query I posted above.
Seems like Wilson went from hero 2 zero in just a few games.

Probably but UH now returning our DL Coach. Fair guess most of whats left on DL/LB stays.
DL/LB 2 deep now does not look ready for 3-3-5.

Are you TexanMark of the famous Cuse Tail Gate/Road Trip guides?
Read alot of your stuff in the day.
Maybe meet you at Tulane (in Dome) when McNabb was QB.

While that is my idea of a good time.
In UH best interest these days to leave Texas/Gulf as little as possible.

In hoop it would awesome and a Top 10 UH would pack that Dome.

We need bodies. This year is a tough one no matter what. The younger the bodies the better.
