My first thought exactly
No doubt Henderson will be tempted with NILs between now and official signing day, but his comments OTS value the trust UH showed him by allowing him to play at QB. He sounds like he has his priorities in the proper place.
I think UH will offer him a fair NIL deal, if money is an issue.

The article says that UH and Baylor offered as a QB. Other programs gave him lip service about competing at QB. He could also play WR and DB. He is also a T&F athlete.
In 2026, maybe Case Keenum will have retired from the NFL and can tutor Henderson, just like Stroud.

Yes, and that’s the kind of high caliber commitment that other high caliber players want to play with and around. I am elated that CWF landed his commitment and am hoping that UH can use it as a springboard to land even more high level players to go with him for the 2026 class.

Ya’ll type as if the “blue blood” programs haven’t already sent financial enticements his way. This verbal commitment is right on par with Mercy’s to the basketball program.
Young Keisean isn’t some diamond in the rough trying to secure a seat at the table while he waits for the “bigger” offer to come. He’s already rummaged through all those offers and sales pitches.
