Dude had 3400 rushing yards at the 6A level.
IMPRESSIVE!!!
Keep local talent at home!
Interesting offer list…Army, Air Force, Rice, Dartmouth, Cornell and Yale.
I didn’t realize that the private schools have 6A teams in Texas.
He is a good mix of strength and speed at his size.
Very interesting prospect. Likely, underrated.
means he is REALLY smart
Only Dallas Jesuit and Houston Strake Jesuit are UIL 6A.
Washington State, UTSA, and Louisiana Lafayette also offered Hebert.
He de-committed from Wazzu.
Easy choice.
UH is P4, Wazzu isn’t.
I have said it a million times and I’ll say it again. Fritz’s likes em smart and discipline. Quite a few of our recruits, since Fritz’s has been here, have Ivy League/Military Academy offers. This kid had the most rushing yards in all of Texas hs football. 2nd most in the nation. You got the talent to do that + the intelligence and discipline for schools like Army, Air Force, Rice, Dartmouth, Cornell and Yale to accept you…… watch out😮💨
Willie Fritz’s. Get in early, hang on for dear life. Ballers Coming.
Anybody know if John Hebert is related to Ken Hebert, UH WR in the 1960s, who was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers?
Navy should declare Naval Amphibious Base Coronado a University offering a football team inplace of the Academy’s team.
Reports from the OTS indicate Hebert is slow to embrace social media. Someone from the Athletic Department and ideally his teammates need to educate Hebert how much potential NIL money he is leaving on the table. Part of your NIL value is your social media presence. If Hebert becomes the star his potential shows, he could make a tidy little sum, in addition to his revenue sharing portion.
Btw,
Lakeyleon retweeted Henderson’s retweet of Hebert’s announcement. Not sure what the connection is between Lakeyleon and Hebert, but all rumors indicate that Lakeyleon is a Coog and his announcement was what Henderson was hinting at but some personal matters delayed the announcement.
^This reads like some high school gossip lol
