Interesting. Anyone know anything about him? He’s listed as DE/TE, all recruiting sites say DE, but rob sellers called him a TE. He also only had 1 other offer, and his hudl film is garbage.

Pretty big kid. Welcome to the family!

It looks like coach Dawson recruited him so I assume he’s coming in as a TE which is where we need the height. He’s 6’5" or 6’6" on some sites and articles. Hopefully he has good hands.

I’m surprised a player with that size doesn’t have more offers. I suppose he has a lot of potential.

He has a great frame to add onto to make him an every down tight end for blocking and catching.

Will he redshirt?

I don’t see him on the 2019 Breaux Bridge Football Roster. Perhaps I’m missing it.

He has extremely long arms. His catch radius is massive.

Big ?
This dude holds a football in those huge mitts and it all but disappears.Hope he can catch !

Doesn’t have a definitive position, lots of athletic potential, big frame, long arms . . . he could be a project for a tackle (OL). A Seabass type of project. Just thinking out loud.

I was thinking the same. Got curious and looked up Vollmer’s measurements. Vollmer was a 6’8" 260 lb freshman in 2005.
