That # was counting the Total, including using the Portal w/ expected transfer outs n not using all 25 H.S. s/a the NCAA allows you to sign. If I remember correctly he said they had abt 22 spots open towards the Max of 85 Schollys allowed. Someone can correct me pls if 22 is wrong but it seems to be in the 22–25 range.
