Have the bowls considered one-time payments or insurance policies to the big name players to keep them from opting out of their bowl games?
Or am I behind the times (as usual) and this is already happening?
I don’t see why NIL contracts couldn’t contain bowl participation clauses

I have a feeling we are going to start to see these NIL contracts get very specific and technical along with an surge is NIL related court cases for breach of contract. Some that may VOID the NIL contract and require the athlete to return the NIL money if they don’t honor the contract.
Do we have a NIL program at our Law school or at Bauer?
If not…why not? This is going to be a billion dollar industry and UH Law can really put itself on the map by building a top NIL program for law and business students.
