One of the selection principles is putting teams as close to a geographic location as possible. That’s why as a 1 seed we got stuck playing Purdue in Indy. The 1 overall could get some leeway, but it isn’t likely the 1 overall is in the South. It doesn’t always happen, but we can still end up in Houston as a 2/3/4 seed

I find it amazing that we are 8/9 in KenPom offensive and defensive efficiency - and yet four other teams are better than us in both

Agreed. Win both those games and take care of business in the games you “should” win and you get the 1 line. ISU much scarier that AZ in my opinion, regardless of home or away

assuming we don’t lose any of the games before arizona we’d probably be there especially if duke loses one
but its just a coincidence since 28-3 is probably where we need to be to give ourselves a reasonable shot at a 1 lol
