Anyone ever used any sort of business coach, life coach or something of that nature? How did it work out for you? How did you find the right coach? How does it work?

Not exactly the same, but I did hire a Career Coach recommended by someone I know.
This was around 2021 time of “Quiet Quitting”, and although I only paid for a few sessions (I believe it was 4 or 5 total), I absolutely acknowledge that those sessions helped me see different ways of growing in my career.
It took a while and I had to be patient for the ideal situation, but I gained almost 45% more in my salary doing something I like.
My suggestion would be to look up references and talk with ppl that have used the services of whoever you plan on hiring. Their success/experiences should tell you whether that person is the right one for you.
Many are scams
I agree that there’s lots of hacks out there in that space, but there are plenty with real value too. Not looking for anyone who’s more of an influencer/coach.
