I love the team and will always support them, but the season is over.

Fritz is getting paid $5,000,000.00 a year to win football games. Other coaches have reloaded through the portal and won. If he canā€™t then he needs to go.

When is game time announced for this one? Today?

The two most important games for Fritz this season were:

UNLV: opener as head coach and he had offseason to prepare

Cincinnati: conference opener vs a ONE win Big 12 squad the previous year. Plus, it led into the bulk of the Big 12 Schedule.

At WORST, we could be 2 -2 assuming UNLV would be competitive games which woud have been a promising start leading into the Iowa State Home Owner.

Anyone else want to grade HOW our coaching job was in THOSE two games in the first 1/3 of our season?

I know i have my grade and i expect an embarrassing low 15k in the stands vs a ranked opponent.

Ill say it again we CANNOT afford a tear it down to the studs REBUILDā€¦especially in a NIL + Transfer portal world

Fritz is getting his regulation ā€œfreebieā€ sucky first season that all new coaches get.

But consider this. I didnā€™t think weā€™d keep the OU game close, or beat WVU on a Hail Mary last year.
