Can we beat Lehigh?

This has been a weekly thread on the football board…

What do you think our chances are against Lehigh? :grimacing:

They have typically shot the ball better at the Fertitta Center, so I expect them to roll.

I think it all depends on the size of the crowd. :sunglasses:

Well, hopefully it’s a sellout, don’t you think? 7,000 capacity for a national runner up that will be hanging a banner before tip off?

DON’T GO THERE!

I think you are probably right. Sometimes I just can’t help myself. For the sake of all the reasonable posters here, I’ll edit my reply. :joy:

This doesn’t work with basketball.

UH by 30 pts or more.

This is KenPom #1 vs #306 with Vegas giving a near 40 point spread. Thankful to have this game on calendar to shake off the Saturday football game.

According to the athletic department ALL games are sold out.

Now, if you are talking about actual butts in the seats ……no !

Why some still want to obsess about this is hard to understand. We have sold every seat. 100% of the seats will never be filled and some games more than others due to circumstances.

Exactly! The University posted recently “a limited number of SRO tickets are still available.” You can’t buy a numbered seat. But, there WILL be plenty of them empty tonight. Enjoy the game!

Honestly after the big a** dump the football team took this past Saturday, I welcome a complete and thorough 40+ point win by our basketball team.

I don’t know if they can beat them by 40. They can definitely beat them by 25-30.

That would be a welcomed sight.
