There have been some pretty damn good RBs come through UH…
But Connors is also pretty damn good!
I actually think Burnette runs harder but Connors has great vision and patience… and then there’s Sneed all fresh and ready to gash you, too!!!

The way he runs, reminds me a lot of Farrow. I remember one of the spring games and every time i heard pads popping, Farrow was delivering a hit to someone.

He had a really similar run at the start of the 4th quarter in the Memphis game the following year. Both times it sparked a big comeback. Favorite UH RB ever!

UH has done a great job of identifying seniors with one year of eligibility remaining in the transfer portal. Dean Connors, Tanner Koziel, Michael Batton.

Dean by his vision and understanding of the game reminds me of McCaffrey. Both are great runners, great at analyzing what the defense throws at them, identifying holes before they appear and executing great WR plays. Christian McCaffrey brother went to rice o roni. We all know that too well.
