Wanted Canelo to win but going in different weight classes it was bound to happen. Bivol is good, what he did well was use his jab not push when Canelo wanted to draw him in for the counter, and use his speed to keep him off balance. The guy is skinny also so it was harder to hit him on target.
I’m sure in Canelo vs Bivol II, Canelo will win. It just sucks he’s doing a good thing for the sport (that he doesn’t need to do) and he took the L. Every horse has their day (see Kentucky Derby)
