This type of allegation has come up before, be it different people supposedly paying. Has there ever been any documented proof of it, anyone arrested for it, convicted or anything? It seems it always just allegations, rumor, innuendo, and conspiracy theories.
It very well could be happening, but I want to see some proof.
Also, what riots are they referring to? As far as I can remember there haven’t been any significant riots lately. This almost seems like he’s out there on tv complaining as a distraction.
