we have to find someone’s mamma to replace Fabian’s mom. She was top notch!!! I remember so many games when I could hear her over the other team’s cheerleaders. She’s an all-time great! We need another (or more) like her!!! Loud and proud!

Height is easily overlooked when watching the game on tv. I remember us playing Georgetown at the old Hofheinz and I believe their smallest front court player was 6’10”. In person, it was very easy to see why those guys were getting the rebounds, but is often hard to tell watching on tv since the cameras are pretty far away and you may be talking about 3-4” in difference.

I hope he commits soon and comes over in the Spring next year. Shead will be a senior, so there’s a chance we start a freshman at PG. Sharp may even leave after next year if he has a really good year. Dedan getting that extra practice with our guards would benefit us and him.

Robert Williams on the Celtics is 6’9", but is a beast on defense. Gets so many blocks and is a monster lob threat. It’s all in his wingspan.

I heard it’s barefoot, but he had a lot of calluses that might be adding artificial height
