Heard a couple pops on the shot… :grimacing:

Not a Dr. by any stretch, but hearing/feeling pops isn’t what I would call a great sign.

We have one here… @ehog

Whatever Chase’s wrist injury is, he is in good hands with trainer John Houston. Coach Sampson calls him one of the best in the business. The Texas Medical Center has some of the best orthopedic physicians in the country.

Yeah… hope he’s okay but non-contact injuries that create audible popping noises are usually not good in my experience…

I watched it intently. I have no idea. So weird

Trainer John Houston told me it’s likely a ligament issue. Kelvin said on his radio show a bit ago that it is “some sort of ligament issue.”

It goes against conventional wisdom but if he reported a ‘pop’ and it really hurt for an extended period that might actually be a good sign. Usually if they report a ‘pop’ and it hurts for a minute or two then it stops hurting as bad its usually a bad thing. Lets just hope he gets well soon.

I’m more than a little worried it was caused by me and Chase’s marathon arm wrestling tournament we had on Tuesday night.

He won 272-191 (it was a best of 363 tournament), but I felt pretty good about my performance.

I feel really horrible now, though.

Was believable until you said you played 463 games in a 363 game tournament

Neither Timmy nor Chase are math majors.

When your mind is so focused on the battle in front of you, some of the details get lost. We may have miscalculated and exceeded our original plan by 100 matches.

Again, I feel horrible about my role in his injury. I was the one that was supposed to be counting.

What are you even talking about, he barely touched him.

At what point did you realize the count was off? Did you then complete the extra hundie just for fun? Or did you not notice until the extra hundred were done? Were you aware that International Arm Wrestling code 423.5a directly says “…any Tournaments playing above Best of 9 require an IAW Official Counter to prevent wrist injury”

Recless. Stoopid. I dont know what else to say SMH

Next man up. Time for Miller or MacFarland to fill the gap, shooting and rebounding. I would love to see Mcarty back, but it is getting to crunch time, less than 6 weeks and it is go time.

McFarland? lol

CKS brought him up during yesterday’s CKS Radio Show, saying he might have to play him (McFarland).
