Tulane - November 11th
At McNeese - new coach, we’ll see how good they are
At Stanford- tough game. Stanford was 81st in KenPom last yr
At Santa Clara- typically an NIT level team. Usually have some talent
UNC Wilmington - made the NCAA tournament last yr. 27-8 record. Good head coach
At Lamar - matchup vs Coach Alvin Brooks
At La Tech - matchup vs Talvin Hester. They won 20 games last season
I’ll probably go to the UNC Wilmington game… only a couple hours from my house and I already pull for the Cajuns because of my in-laws in Lafayette.

Another commitment for Coach Q.
Class of 2026, Isaiah Wilks.
So for those who are following what he’s building there… what are your expectations for his season?
Finish 2nd to Sampson on a Monday night in April.
Competitive but middle of the pack. Which would be great for Year 1
Coach White loses to Ball State on the road in his first game, 75-64. They were a 4.5-point dog, lost by 11. If someone has more info they can drop it.
Coach Q won his 1st game vs Southeastern. (W 58-52)
Big game Tuesday vs Tulane
Also, looking at their schedule. Alot of difficult road games. Was it a budget issue? I would’ve gone cupcake
non conference for Year 1
But Coach Q is definitely challenging his squad. Hope it pays off
I dont understand why he scheduled such a difficult non conference.
3 straight road games in California? ![]()
It is called “Dollars”!
Yes, the same reason we’re playing in the Players Era Tournament in Las Vegas.
@Rockyz i agree. I just didn’t think that league or Louisiana program was hurting on ($$) money. I guess they are
7 road games. And even the home games vs Tulane & UNCW. Tough schedule. Hope they can rack up some Ws and get some confidence going into conference play
3 straight losses by 25+ pts
Jamyron Keller, their best player, has been hurt. Has missed the last 4 games
We’ll take Q back for the B12 conference run
Let’s go Coach Brooks!!
