I’d like a redo of the grandstand too. It can be done better than it was the first time.

If things don’t get better, you could tear down the grandstand and not rebuild it.

I really like the brick facade with the breezeway in the middle at Rice. They could possibly add a couple more suites and redo the media areas. Reconfigure the seating a bit. Different possibilities can be done with it.

I saw this tweet and am not posting this for the controversy that is taking place in the video but to show a little bit of the baseball stadium at Rice. The architecture is really nice and blends into their campus buildings.
