I doubt CKS would retire and leave Kellen with a somewhat depleted team. I think he will leave Kellen with a stronger team.

FWIW, i did hear some smoke about Tommy Lloyd IMMEDIATELY, which I thought was really strange. Will say, the way he built a dominant team thru modern blueblood means is probably really attractive to UNC boosters. JS.

Also especially after TL’s weird Big 12 Tournament answer about KC vs Vegas, he’s kinda not as good with the media as he thinks he is lol.
Compare that with CKS’s answer. These are the little things that will kill you at even Arizona, but ESPECIALLY UNC. You better win win win at the highest level w/o fail, if you’re gonna be giving cryptic lackluster answers.

I find stuff like this and coaches like Wade way more detrimental to NCAA sports than I do players getting NIL or having the ability to transfer. Jokers like him are the worst thing about college sports and have been for a while, but nary a word from the powers that be about that. Instead, we get a clown show political, “look at me photo-op,” with a bunch of out-of-touch dudes whining about players, and nada when it comes to the coaching situation.

I think Kelvin should sue the NCAA for the wages he would have made as an NCAA head coach during his 5 year show cause period. NCAA enforcement is such a joke.
Also, I wish nothing but humiliation and abject failure on LSU for hiring Lane Kiffin and Will Wade.
