Villanova is a rich kid’s school with rich alumni who are generously supporting it’s basketball program. I don’t know what their NIL budget is, but it is significant.

- Beard has to happen, no other real big name option
- he makes $5mm now at Ole Miss - who gave him a “second chance” after getting fired at UT
- going to take probably $7mm to get him to go to Aggie
- Aggie will probably offer him $5-$6mm and he will reject it / stay at Ole Miss
The Omaha coach is the likely hire at A$M.

In their case, the first change that needs to happen is the one that never will - culture. They can keep spending money on coaches and new facilities, but it won’t overcome their Aggie problem.
