Fully aware.
Also know he’s one of those rare guys who absolutely appreciates where he is, in terms of salary, and always puts staff raises ahead of his own raises.
That said, proportionately, UH is getting more for their money than any power 4 program in the country, and it’s not even close, IMO.
We need to be willing to pay 6 at this point. The market is the market and we need to compete.

This one is puzzling. I thought the guy would eventually get a shot at Ohio State or the NFL the way he had Cincinnati rolling.
So far, he’s been a dud at Wisconsin with way better resources.
