Just saw a coke commercial for NCAA hoops that ends with the last line of our fight song. There’s also a Shasta appearance.

We’ve come a long way.

Weird that USC got some air time when they won’t make the tournament. UNC probably won’t either

They’re playing for what “they” think the most likely to be there.

USC? Maybe the producer/director, board member.

Replay to football season.

“High Tide”. They were banking on Alabama. Fail.

And then the tailgate roasted duck commercial, banking on Oregon. Buzzer.

I mean, USC was 16-17. Why were they banking on them and not Kansas or Iowa State?

I never drink coke… Now I’m going to have one coke as good luck for each NCAA game we play. I’m going to buy a six pack.

Basketball doesn’t have the universal reach that football does, but for one month it has the sports fan’s attention.

I am not sure how much that advertising is worth to the school but it is a lot.
