COMING HOME

THE MRS AND I ARE THINKING ABOUT MOVING
BACK TO HOUSTON AREA, I HAD TOLD HER SHE
COULD TAKE ME BACK IN AN URN. BUT IT WOULD
BE HARD TO SELL HOUSE ,MOVE AND ALL THE
SETTING UP NEW PLACE BY HERSELF, OUR HOUSE
HERE HAS GONE UP SO MUCH GOOD TIME TO SELL. DON’T KNOW WHERE WE WOULD WANT
TO GO NOW. I DO NOT WANT TO BE TOO CLOSE
TO THE COAST. NEVER CARRIED TOO MUCH FOR
HURRICAINS. TAXIS ARE SO HIGH IN SOME LOCALS. WAS UH SEASON TICKET HOLDER FOR
FB & BB, DON’T KNOW ABOUT NOW. GETTING
AROUND IS TOUGH. I PRAY THAT FRIDAY WE ARE
BIG 12. DID NOT THINK I WOULD LIVE LONG E
ENOUGH TO SEE THIS. HEY I MADE IT.

I PROBABLY WILL NEVER MOVE BACK TO TEXAS. I ENJOY WEST COAST/MOUNTAIN LIVING WAY TOO MUCH. BUT I DO MISS THE PEOPLE AND THE TEXMEX.

FOX…IF YOUR WIFE DECIDES TO MOVE YOU BACK, GOOD LUCK! WE ALL KNOW WHO TRULY WEARS THE PANTS IN ANY HAPPY HOUSEHOLD! HAHA

Gene my Mom lives at the forum in the Woodlands, the food has gone downhill since she and my Dad moved there 6 years ago. Check out the conservatory.

MR. TANNER, IT’S ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO HEAR FROM YOU.

PLEASE COME BACK HOME AND SEE YOUR COOGS PLAY IN THE BIG12.

YOU’RE GOING TO HAVE A GREAT TIME.

DEPENDING ON HOW THIS ALL TURNS OUT, THERES A CHANCE WE COULD PLAY THE BONGHORNS UNLESS THEY SOMEHOW PULL A FAST ONE

GOCOOGS

COME BACK IF YOU THINK THAT HOUSE VALUE IS WORTH IT AND GET YOURSELF A SMALL HOUSE IN CYPRESS.

RUIDOSO IS BEAUTIFUL. MAYBE KEEP YOUR HOME AS A VACATION RENTAL FOR FOLKS VISITING THERE. HOUSTON HOMES HAVE GONE UP TOO, SO HARD TO SAY THE HOUSING COST FOR WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. LOTS OF TRAFFIC EVERYWHERE, SO BE SELECTIVE ABOUT WHERE YOU THINK YOU MIGHT WANT TO LIVE NEAR TO. GOOD LUCK.

I DON’T KNOW WHEN YOU WERE LAST IN HOUSTON TO LIVE BUT IT MAY NOT BE THE SAME AS YOU REMEMBER. MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER SOMEWHERE IN THE AREA (MAGNOLIA, CYPRESS, ETC.) BUT NOT QUITE HOUSTON. BEST WISHES TO YOU AND YOUR WIFE ON YOUR POTENTIAL MOVE.

Gene, We were just in Houston, went to Texas Tech game at NRG.

Houston feels overwhelming and of course the humidity is same as always.

We are staying in Tucson, regularly visit Houston to see family and friends.

But I know you are pushing 86. Understand.

Sam

The housing market has made the costs of homes outrageously expensive, which is great for sellers. However, unless you already have another home to move into it also makes it extremely expensive to buy a new home once you have sold your present home.

Mr. Tanner, since you’re getting up there and getting around is difficult, this is the time to move back to Houston where there’s access to some of the best hospitals and medical care in the country. Being in the boonies is fine for young folks like me (I’m a mere 74) but when your medical needs are more pressing it’s good to have such care available.
