Ohio State remains in the Top 10 (#9) after getting totally dismantled by UNRANKED 4-3 Purdue. Purdue gets 7 votes (behind Texas Tech, Army, and Duke).
UCF did that with their backup QB.

That’s right, I forgot that Milton didn’t play yesterday. UCF has a bye next week before playing at Temple. That’s a huge test for them the way Temple is playing.
It’s amazing how much we dropped because of the Texas Tech loss on the road.
Miami moved into the Top 25 on the strength of a bye week. (wha?)
A&M moved up a spot on a bye week.
WVU moved up a spot on a bye week. Their last game was a 30-14 loss to unranked Iowa State. (wha?!?)
Florida moved up a spot on a bye week.
Texas moved up a spot on a bye week.
Georgia stays put at #6 after a bye week. Their last game was a 36-16 loss to LSU.
Notre Dame moved up a spot on a bye week. Their last game was a “convincing” 19-14 win over the “great” Pitt Panthers.
And UCF drops a spot for beating ECU 37-10, with a backup QB.
Not a rigged system.

They lost their first game by 7 to Penn State in overtime. Since then they are undefeated beating several power teams as you can see below:

ASU - USM canceled for hurricane

They still have some tough games left against Ga. So, Coastal, Tx State, Ga. State, and Troy.
Looks like they have the inside track to the NY6 game; maybe even the CFP.
That “close loss” to Penn St will look worse and worse as Penn St continues to flounder.
PSU and tOSU are both going to lose another…or two.
