Yeah, lots of EMPTY seats except when playing Ags and Bonghorns.
I still love the Rob but it’s strictly for nostalgic reasons and for my experiences there. I was a student while we played there and some of my favorite games will always come from that time.
That said, TDECU is frickin awesome and is light years better for every other reason. I think you could say the similar things for the dome. Weather is the one thing that was certainly better there.

The sightlines at the Rob were incredible. It was a blessing to watch so much great ball there.

I remember being at that game…hell of a game that the Coogs pulled out. Probably the best game of the season.
Rice game from that year was really good too.
Not worrying about the weather was great, but the atmosphere on campus is so much better.
