Coogs pick up a grad transfer from LIU (edit) and Chris Harris! (Edit) Dunnigan transferring

Nura Zanna, a big man who averaged 9.2 points and 8.2 boards last year. Immediately eligible. Seems to suggest that at least one player from last year isn’t coming back.

Wow, Sweet 16 guys ?! :fire::boom::boom::boom::boom:

Hmmmm…also guessing Chris Harris isn’t making it in. Like the pickup though.

Keep beating P5 teams for guys:

What a monster roster. As long as Rob Gray returns, this could be the beginning of something special. We have the weapons to now compete & beat SMU, UConn, Cincy & that other monster of a team, Wichita St (Could be next year’s Gonzaga)

Yes! Looks like we’ll finally have the serviceable big man we haven’t had since Tayshawn Thomas. Exciting times! Too bad none of the exciting times next year will be on campus.

Yeah, but UH now has too much talent & depth not to make it to the NCAA’s.

Wonder if Harris will be a “walk-on?”

Great grad-transfer addition. He should be good for 20-25 minutes and 7PPG and 5.5RPG, at least. Hopefully, Brady can be ready to give some solid minutes to go with Devin Davis and Fabian White at the 4. Definitely an upgrade in the frontcourt. Now just need Grant and Brooks to be able to replace Dotson. Should be competitive with a tough top of the AAC next year.

Is it possible Van Beck goes back to being a walk on?

No way. He’s earned it.

Speaking of Van Beck, I could see him having a harder time getting minutes with all this talent around now.
